Amidst lush green surrounding and beautiful garden stands the impressionable building of College. The serene atmosphere and the state-of-the-art infrastructure provides the right environment for the students to excel in academic, sports and aligned activities.

BOARDING College is a Residential-cum-Day College where boarding home plays a key role in the overall development of children staying away from their homes. In all respects, it is a second home enabling the boarders to use it as a springboard to success and a stepping stone to enter the world with confidence, dignity, sportsman spirit and wisdom. There are separate boarding houses for Boys and Girls. Each child is under the guidance and individual supervision of qualified and skilled teaching/residential staff taking care of his/her emotional and pastoral well being. The boarding house provides modern amenities with comfort and recreation where children are able to use their leisure productively. Boarding at College aims at providing a healthy, well-balanced meal for the boarders.

Mess

Arvind PU College provides a fully furnished ventilated and modernized mess in the college campus. The mess is fully equipped with steel furniture and other cooking accessories and utensils. The food in mess is cooked according to a fixed menu and it is prepared by experts under perfect hygienic conditions. Table manners and eating habits are maintained along perfectly. The food cooked is the best nourished keeping in mind the nutritional & health values of students. The mess proves to be the best option for community eating with discipline, manners & etiquettes maintained. The college mess serves food and other eatable according to the menu which is decided by mess committee. Care is being taken to maintain the quality of the food stuff and the hygienic aspects.

Beverages
  • Ginger coffee/ Pepper coffee/ Lime juice/ Tea/ Pudina – Jeera drink/ Badam drink.
Breakfast (Any two varieties will be provided)
  • Dosa – Masala Dosa, Set Dosa, Plain Dosa, Pudina Dosa etc.
  • Gravy – Different kinds of Vegetable Saagu, Dal, Varieties of Chutneys.
  • Rice – Methi Bath, Tomato Bath, Vegetable Pulav, Palak Pulav, Puliyogare, Lemon Rice, Tomato Rice, Paneer Pulav, Vangi Bath, Bisibele Bath, Jeera Rice.
  • Others: Idli-Sambar, Chow-Chow Bath, Avalakki Upma, Pongal, Bread-Jam.
Lunch
  • Chapati, Ragi ball, Vegetable Pulav with Curd Salad, Tomato Bath, MethiPulav, Ghee Rice.
  • Curries – Green leaves curry, Sprouted Grains Curry, Variety of Vegetable Curries, Vegetable Kurma and White Pumpkin curry etc.
  • White Rice with variety of Rasams, different flavours of butter milk.
Dinner

Vegetarian:

  • Chapati, Ragi Ball, Khushka-Dal, Ghee Rice.
  • Variety of Vegetable Saagu & Kurma, Bendi Masala, Paneer Masala, Mushroom Masala, Capsicum Masala, Bringal Masala, Beetroot Gravy, Beans Gravy, Mixed Vegetable Gravy, Channa Masala, Raw-Banana Masala etc.,
  • Curries – Drum- Stick curry, Sprouted Grains Curry, Green Leaves Curry, Vegetable Curry, White-Pumpkin Curry.
  • White Rice with variety of Rasams, different flavours of butter milk, Papad.
  • Sweet, Vada/Bajji is served for vegetarians when non-veg. is served for non-vegetarians.

Non-Vegetarian:

  • Chicken Biryani, Chicken Gravy, Chicken Curry etc.
  • Boiled Egg, Egg Bujji, Egg Masala, Tomato Egg Masala.
